HI! I love the guitar, plain and simple. There’s nothing that gives me the same peace and joy as playing Sor’s Rondo 48, Opus 6 or Bach’s Bourree on a sunny afternoon in my living room while my dogs chill on the couch behind me. I have been playing the classical guitar since I was four years old, taking weekly lessons with Michele Horner in Greenwich, CT. I have been playing weekly in a guitar ensemble directed by Michele since I was eight years old. I am now also studying weekly with Isaac Bustos, a beautiful guitar player that I met this past summer in Spain as a participant of Rene Izquierdo’s Camino Artes Guitar Workshop.

Everything guitar makes me happy. While I am currently in Suzuki Guitar Book 8 (of 9) and aim to finish the entire program by the time I graduate from high school, I love to play all kinds of music. From the Star Wars theme song and the music of Red Hot Chili Peppers to Christmas carols and two-part Latin American folk songs that I play with my brother, I feel the love for all of it!
